The Speedy Foundation participated in the Connection is the Cure event for the third consecutive time. We're thrilled to have had an amazing turnout and distributed several educational resources to the community. Grace and Kathlyn represented our foundation at this event and connected with over 70 individuals.
The community contributed by writing messages of hope on heart-shaped sticky notes. Some of these messages included, "There is always hope," "You are seen," and "Smile, it's going to be okay." They also added to our connection chain, which consisted of writing down someone you have a great connection with on one side and someone whom you want to grow in your connection with on the other side.
